Every other page in this wiki gets checked against four tests before a claim survives: is there a real spec (not just an announcement), has anyone outside the issuing company shipped with it, does every number carry its base, and is a "launch partner" being confused with a "shipped integration." Step 1: Find the Primary Spec — Record Version + Date, Not the Blog Post
